Start, don’t snooze
A procrastination app that treats dismiss as a stall, not a finish
Procrastination is often not a mystery. You see the reminder, you dismiss it, and the task remains undone with no next event. That is how most reminder apps cooperate with delay. Mad AI: Angry Alarms is a procrastination app in one specific way: the reminder is attached to a deadline, and the only clean exit is photo proof that the work happened. Snooze is not completion. Swiping away is not the end of the sequence.
This page is not a student page and not a gym page. The same stall shows up in a side project, a sink full of dishes, a resume you will not open. The mechanic does not care what the task is, only that you wrote it, timed it, and still have to show a picture. If you keep hoping a calmer notification will someday feel urgent, you already know how that goes.
Nothing here is cognitive-behavioral therapy. Nothing here is a diagnosis. It is an iPhone and iPad productivity app that keeps pinging until you finish or you kill the goal. Free download, in-app purchases, 24-hour in-app trial, then Premium — prices on the App Store.

Dismiss vs deadline
A dismissible reminder has one job: exist once. A deadline with follow-up has a second job: exist again. Mad AI leans on the second job. You still have full control of system notification settings. If you mute everything, you have chosen the first design again.
Proof as a finish line
Open loops stay open because “later” has no evidence requirement. A photo is a finish line you can fail. Failing is allowed. Calling a skipped task done is what the proof step is there to block. If the automated check is wrong, retry or stop. Do not treat a denial as a moral verdict.
Questions
Will this cure procrastination?
No. It changes the cost of ignoring a task you already set. If you never open the app, nothing happens. If you need clinical help, get that — not an alarm.
Is this the same as the study page?
No. University and adult study work has assignment-shaped proof. This page is about the snooze habit on any task. Study is only one place that habit shows up.

This is the best productivity and goals app
I find myself struggling to get the motivation to go to the gym and do my school work. I have tried some of the other productivity and planner apps and none of them really worked for me and they would always try and make you pay after clicking through like 50 screens. Not only do this app have the easiest sign up process but it also doesn’t make you pay. You can actually use the app and see if it works for you. On top of that it actually has made me more productive. Honestly the app is super annoying and mean but it’s making me go to the gym more lol. I set a simple 1 hour goal to go to the gym and then my alarm went off and I snoozed it. Like 5 seconds later nonstop notifications, like legit non stop. I actually got up and went to the gym just to get it to stop. Great app.

Productive App
This app actually does what most productivity apps promise but never deliver. Once you set a task, there’s no just ignoring it and moving on with your day it keeps reminding you until you get it done. I tried setting a simple one-hour workout, and the constant notifications made it way harder to procrastinate than to just finish it. It’s a bit intense, but honestly, that’s what makes it work. Would highly recommend🔥
