How does Mad AI check a completed goal?
You upload a photo. The app sends a resized JPEG without EXIF/GPS for a one-time automated check. The file is not kept on our servers. Details are in the Privacy Policy — this page does not add extra guarantees.
Can I turn off notifications?
Yes. Use iPhone or iPad settings. Turning them off reduces reminders and alarms, which are part of how the app applies pressure.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open Account and choose Delete Account, or email madaisupport@gmail.com. An Apple subscription is billed by Apple and is not cancelled by deleting the Mad AI account.
The AI response seems harsh — is that normal?
Yes. Sarcastic and critical copy is intentional. It is not professional advice.
